SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

In-stock items placed before 5:00 am CST usually ship out the same business day.
In-stock items placed after 5:00 am CST usually ship the following business day.

Your order will ship via FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

If a specific service doesn't support shipping to your address, please specify that during checkout by "Leaving a Note".
This timeline assumes no weather or carrier service failures on standard transit days. 

STANDARD SHIPPING TO CANADA

In-stock items placed before 5:00 am CST usually ship out the same business day.
In-stock items placed after 5:00 am CST usually ship the following business day.
All orders ship from the US via standard shipping (3-8 business days).
This timeline assumes no weather or carrier service failures on standard transit days. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES & CANADA

We ship our products from US warehouses to certain EU countries via standard shipping.
Some international shipments might take up to 5 business days to process.

OUR COMMITMENT

For items that are in stock, we aim to have each order shipped from our warehouses within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed. However, occasionally an order may take a little longer due to local or national holidays, or other circumstances out of our control. For items that are back-ordered, pre-ordered, or out of stock, we will get these shipped out as soon as possible, from when the order was placed. 

NEED TO EDIT OR CANCEL A RECENT ORDER?

If your order needs to be edited or canceled after being placed, please get in touch with us at support@uintaproducts.com. We will do everything in our power to accommodate this request. However, once your order begins processing at our 3PL shipping warehouse, this request will not be possible on our end and your order will ship as is. Then, once you receive the delivery, you will need to reach out to our support team, who will help you coordinate a return.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Uinta Products is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred for International orders. It is the full responsibility of the receiver (customer) to settle these charges locally.
