Frequently Asked Questions
The ProDock doesn't feature HDMI or DP ports to allow compatibility with modern displays and to offer additional flexibility by providing more USB 4/Thunderbolt 4 ports.
To connect an HDMI or DP monitor use a compatible USB-C to HDMI or USB-C to DP cable. The Stone Pro TB4 supports up to 2 external displays.
MacBooks equipped with the base M1, M2, and M3 chip only offer support for 1 external display, and because of that, the ProDock will also be limited to 1 display.First and foremost, please ensure the following settings on your MacBook are properly set:
-
Choose the Apple menu > System Settings.

-
Choose the Apple menu > System Settings.
-
Click Sound - Output.
-
